After the application, the college recommendation, the school department and the Group review, 20 scholarship candidates from the Harbin Institute of Technology participated in the review. The review is divided into two parts: personal presentation and on-site defense.
After the 20 candidates completed the individual presentations one by one, the judges of the guests scored them and submitted the scores to the on-site staff.

After some competition, the moderator announced that 10 people have won the "German ship and Talents" Scholarship Nomination Award and 10 people who have won the "Certified for Talents" scholarship. A list of 17 poor students who received the Scholarship was also announced.
