In the spring of 2015, I came to Shanghai from Shenyang, carrying not only heavy luggage, but also the hope for a bright future. From 2015 to August 2016, I have been continuously learning and growing as a business operator in Lidao Company. From a layman who has learned from the market, I have gradually grown into a qualified logistics person who knows shipping, freight forwarding and logistics knowledge. .
In September 2016, I stayed at the Shanghai Zeshi headquarters for only one month, and I came to this hot land in Africa. Our company has its own truck fleet in Mozambique, a port country in southeast Africa. After coming to Africa, I quickly entered the job role and learned about the entire fleet's operating model and management methods.
The experience of working overseas has made me aware of the transportation costs, port charges, and shipping company expenses that may arise during the transportation of the fleet. I control and optimize the transportation cost of the entire fleet, and at the same time improve my management philosophy and experience. . Because African truck drivers are generally employed by locals, I am also responsible for communication and coordination throughout the fleet. Communicate with the company's finance department and maintenance department, communicate with local black drivers, communicate with local government, customs clearance, and shipping companies. As the overall efficiency of the fleet improves, my ability to treat others is improved.
To work overseas, it is important to have a sense of responsibility. As long as there is a need for work, no matter what the situation at any time, you can work first and solve problems. Unlike the limitations of domestic development, as long as you have put enough effort into hard work and struggle, I believe that everyone can get the treatment they deserve.
