在坦桑尼亚姆贝亚,提到Marilyn时总能得到当地领导和同事的称赞。多年丰富的销售经验,使她能及时察觉当地市场的变化,并在销售端及时做出应对方案和调整。她相信只有更贴合客户的实际需求,创造客户超越期望的价值,才能在销售业绩上有好的结果。

2022年ERP系统在赞比亚上线是当地财务核心工作之一,其中Nicholas负责测试核算数据等工作。面对复杂的数据,他积极组织多次讨论,整理出了一套完整的标准期初成本,为系统按时上线前做好了重要准备工作。

在日常工作中,Nicholas协助中方员工,充分发挥传承帮带作用,面对问题和错误引导当地同事独立思考,令其拥有更优工作习惯和更好的服务意识,这也为他赢得了赞比亚团队的信任和尊重。

  Robirt负责肯尼亚行政、人事各项工作。面对繁琐的事务性工作,他始终有规划有条理地完成。在团队管理上,他搭建了本地员工的培训体系,帮助本地员工快速掌握自己岗位上技能知识。他还是地地道道的“本地通”,能时不时随口说出几句简单的中文,往往他能快速地理解领导指示,并准确传达给团队成员。

   Robirt is responsible for administrative and personnel activities in Kenya. In the face of tedious and transactional work, he always completes it in a planned and orderly manner. In terms of team management, he has built a training system for local employees to help local employees quickly master their own skills and knowledge. He is also a true "local expert", able to say a few simple Chinese casually from time to time, and often he can quickly understand the leader's instructions and accurately convey them to the team members.

  ERP系统在海外实际应用中,系统运行时常会出现各种问题,但Patrick沉着冷静,及时制定解决方案并配合海外实施小组查资料、调试,不断攻破系统的各项问题点。对此Patrick表示,从一个不懂系统的小白,到可独立完成海外系统运维工作,其中只有不断要求自己,完善自己的专业知识、技能,未来才能挑战集团赋予的更重要任务。
